In loving memory of Trooper Earl Quick 187th Airborne, Company "C" Earl Quick's military service dates were from 1950 to 1953 as a PFC.
He made the second jump with the 187th Abn. Ret. Combat Team at Musan-ni, where he was Severely-Wounded in Action (SWA) on March 23, 1951.
This information came in for Earl Quick in an email. His daughter-in-law sent in the obit, and he stated that one of Earl's last wish's was to inform me of his passing, so I could post his name in my Taps Column.
